Temari sushi and bred with swedish recipe
trying some new recipes. White fish is Halibut. Sandwiched by Konbu one night.
北欧で得られる材料で手毬寿司。白身の魚はオヒョウ。味がフラットなので昆布締めで。パンはスウェーデンの代表的な料理本『アンナの料理本』から。

prototyping bread
I would like to bake bread when I am at summer house in this summer since the island doesn’t have a bakery. This can be one of the recipes after trying some different options. Based on a recipe by Jim Lahey from NY. Very simple.
夏の家にはパン屋さんがないのでパンの練習中。いくつか作ってみたなかではJim Laheyさんの捏ねないパンが簡単です。ライ麦はビタミンBやカルシウムも多く含むそうなので入れてみました。公開されたレシピなのでぜひ作ってみてください。
